Importing recipients

Recipients are easily imported from you current sources. Importing email addresses does not require any specific format. Any text containing the addresses can be used. If you also want to import first name, last name etc you use one of our formats.

Addresses with incorrect address format are marked as invalid and displayed at the top of the recipients in the group.

When you use the group in a survey you can follow which recipients that have responded and which recipients that we were unable to reach.
